How do I check in?
Sankt Sigfridsgatan and Fridkullagatan: We meet you at the apartment at the booked time and have a brief walkthrough of the apartment together.
Föreningsgatan: You use our self-service to check in, using our key box. The day before your arrival, we will send you a text and email with check-in instructions and the codes you need.
You can reach us on phone 24 hours a day.
When can I check in?
You can check in from 15:00, unless otherwise agreed.
When do I have to check out?
The apartment is yours until 11:00 on you day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
How can I pay?
Payment is always made before check-in by bank transfers, Swish or credit cards. We accept most credit cards, except American Express. Of course, you are welcome to receive an invoice.
What’s included in the price?
Sankt Sigfridsgatan and Fridkullagatan; heating, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, sheets, towels, TV with with approximately 50 channels and cleaning after check-out.
Föreningsgatan; coffee, tea, heat, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, sheets, towels, TV, fridge in the room, cleaning once a week including change of sheets and towels, and free access to laundry room and our shared kitchen.
What’s your policy for cancellation?
Sankt Sigfridsgatan and Fridkullagatan: free cancellation 30 days before arrival. For longer rental periods, we have 2 months notice period during the current contract period, unless otherwise agreed.
Föreningsgatan: free cancellation 14 days before arrival.
If we are a company that want to make a reservation?
About 85% of our tenants are companies. If you want to take part in company discounts, or if you need many apartments at one time, you can contact Caroline Bengtsson at: firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a quote.
Is there parking?
We have parking spaces for rent outside of all our properties.
How about public transport nearby?
All our apartments have either a bus or tram stop near the property.
How far is it from Landvetter Airport?
It is about 20 km from all our properties.
Children – can I live with children in your apartments / rooms?
Is there an extra bed for the apartment / room?
Extra bed is available for both children and adults. You can order extra bed in connection with your booking.
Do the properties have elevator?
There is no elevator in any of our properties.
Pets – can I bring the dog?
No, unless otherwise agreed. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
Internet – is there internet?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and studios.
Smoking – can you smoke in the apartments / studios?
No, smoking is not allowed in any of our properties.
Cleaning – How often is it cleaned?
Sankt Sigfridsgatan and Fridkullagatan: Final cleaning is included in the price when moving out. Weekly cleaning or additional cleaning can be booked separately.
Föreningsgatan: We have scheduled cleaning once a week and cleaning at check-out, unless otherwise agreed.
Where can you exercise?
We have cooperation with the gym nearby and there are nice outdoor areas in the immediate area.
Laundry Room – is there a washing machine I can use as a guest?
Sankt Sigfridsgatan and Fridkullagatan: All our apartments have washing machine and dryer.
Föreningsgatan: Free access to our shared laundry room which has both washing machines and tumble dryers.
Patio – Is there a yard or a garden?
All our properties have either a courtyard or a garden that is availiable to all our tenants.
Proximity to the grocery store?
All our properties are within walking distance to the grocery store.
What does it cost if I lose a key?
It costs 4000 SEK to change locks.
